Prepare yourself for the most audacious record release party that you're ever likely to see from an independant artist. Sean Laskey will celebrate the debut of his Pieces CD with a private gala event at the incredibly intriguing yet little-known Wickett Museum of Exotica in San Francisco. It's happening on Saturday May 3, from 8 to 10pm. Security will be tight and seating is limited, so please RSVP to
sklaskey@comcast.net.

Sean's band will feature some of the Bay Area's top session talent including Gawain Matthews (guitar, Tony Furtado Band), Ben Yonas (keys, Yonasty Productions), Dan Feiszli (bass, Julio Iglesias), Dave Tweedie (drums, Stolen Bibles), as well as a guest string section.

East Bay singer/songwriter Katie Jay and her band will open the performance followed by a solo acoustic set from singer/songwriter Brian Loud.

About the venue: John Wickett's Museum of Exotica is located at 1275 Folsom between 8th and 9th streets. The Museum "is a monument to eccentric taste, world culture, and weath spent wisely. Lovingly crafted from artifacts Wickett has collected, sent for, and received as gifts from the farthest corners of the earth, the Victorian house turned exotic curio palace over-stimulates the senses of even the most jaded city dweller." -sfbg.com
